How we started our Dream!

Giovanni came to America from Calabria, Italy, in 1982 at age 22, carrying little more than a suitcase and a strong work ethic passed down from his grandfather. Landing in New York, he started at the bottom, scrubbing diner floors at dawn and mopping office lobbies late into the night, while saving every cent and learning the cleaning trade inside out.

By the early '90s, with his wife Maria and young kids in a small Queens apartment, Gio launched his own modest operation from the back of a van. He focused on medical offices, where his careful disinfection, respect for privacy, and attention to sterile details quickly built a loyal following. Doctors and staff began requesting him specifically.

Gio personally screened and trained every cleaner, emphasizing medical-grade protocols and responsible practices. Through steady persistence and word of mouth growth, that one man venture evolved into Tristate Cleaning Services, a trusted specialized medical office cleaning service now operating across the Tristate area.

In his 70s now, Gio still visits sites to check the work himself, always saying: "We don't just clean, we protect too!." His journey shows the American Dream is built slowly, one spotless exam room at a time, aiming to carve a high-end niche in an industry led by giants.
